Amalgamation of International Management (Mauritius) Ltd and Multiconsult Ltd

We are pleased to advise that we have finalised the second phase of our restructuring exercise, relating to the amalgamation of INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT (MAURITIUS) LTD ('IMM') and MULTICONSULT LIMITED ('MC').

The first phase was completed in July 2011, following the transfer of Funds under our administration to Cim Fund Services Ltd.

We also wish to advise that the amalgamated company, MULTICONSULT LIMITED, has now been renamed as CIM CORPORATE SERVICES LTD ('CCS'), with effective date 19th June 2014.
