The Board of Directors of Cim Financial Services Ltd (the 'Company') wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company that due to the confinement and curfew measures decided by the Government, the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company scheduled for 31 March 2020 has been cancelled and will be reconvened when possible.
Shareholders will be kept informed of the new date in due course.
