COMMUNIQUE
Further to the communiqué released by CIM Financial Services Ltd (‘CFSL’ or the ‘Company’) on 11 May 2026, the Board of Directors (the ‘Board’) of CFSL wishes to inform shareholders, noteholders and the public in general that the Company has successfully raised MUR 1,000,000,000 through the issuance of notes (the ‘Notes’). The Notes were issued under the MUR 9,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme set out in the listing particulars dated 24 August 2026 (the ‘Listing Particulars’). The Notes qualify as ‘Green Bonds’ under the Guidelines for the Issue of Corporate and Green Bonds in Mauritius issued by the Financial Services Commission ('FSC') in December 2021, as amended in April 2022.
Following the successful issuance of this first tranche, CFSL intends to issue the remaining MUR 1,300,000,000 of the approved targeted MUR 2,300,000,000 aggregate nominal amount later this year, subject to prevailing market conditions.

The Notes issued are rated AA+ with a stable outlook by CARE Ratings (Africa) Private Limited (‘CARE’). CARE is a credit rating agency licensed by the FSC.
An application will be made to the Listing Executive Committee of The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (‘SEM’) for the listing of the Notes on the Official Market of the SEM.
